Where is the studio and is there parking?

The garden studio is at 6 Campfield Road, Hertford, SG14 2AA
There is parking with no restrictions on the street, and surrounding streets.

What happens if I need to cancel my class?

Accepted Answer

Please see my refund policy below:

20 days or more before start date: Full refund (minus £5 booking fee).

Between 20 and 10 days before start date: 50% refund (minus £5 booking fee).

9 days or fewer before start date: No refund.

Question 3

What if my piece breaks in the kiln? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No refunds unfortunately. Although rare, it's all part of the process and can happen no matter how long you've been a potter. Technical errors, failures and breakages are a risk by the very nature of ceramics, especially in a teaching studio, for these I cannot be held responsible.

Question 4

When will my work be ready to collect?

Accepted Answer

Within 3-4 weeks usually. This is an estimate and may be earlier or later (rarely), depending on whether the work is dry enough to go into the kiln and firing schedules.  You will receive an email when your work is ready. Please collect within two weeks of the email being sent. I do not have storage space and I cannot be held responsible for breakages to uncollected work
